Customer Service Co-ordinator at Design Coach & Body

This job would best suit someone who has a background in estimating and dealing with a wide range of repairs alterations and upgrades, or someone who has experience in the motorhome industry and is looking for a change. 

Position: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing inquiries timely and with a friendly demeanour.

Prepare and Manage Quotes: Accurately generate and manage quotes for our clients, ensuring all details are clear and precise.

Oversee Job Scheduling: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of repair jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.

Create a repour: Build a working relationship with the insurance assessors and supply companies that we work with regularly.

Key Qualities we are looking for:

Strong Work Ethic: We’re looking for someone who is reliable, has good time management and committed to excellence.

Sense of Humour: We love to have a good laugh and keep the working environment light and a fun place to be.

Organizational Skills: This is a fast-paced environment with vehicles and customers coming and going regularly so an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks will be important.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
